Rebuild a civilization where science and witchcraft have been banned

Fifty years after the destruction of Kartanome spatial civilization, science is forbidden because it is considered as responsible of this disaster. It has become magic and witchcraft, and books are burned with their owners. Some men and wolf-men set out to explore what remains of the planet in an attempt to recover the magical powers and technologies that can be found in order to revive a technical civilization.
